Driven by research on Tanzania’s skills gap, Gloria founded TEDI to bridge the divide between education and real-world opportunity. As Executive Director, Gloria provides the overarching strategic vision that guides TEDI. She leads the organization in equipping children and youth with the modern skills necessary to disrupt cycles of poverty and catalyze systemic change in education.

David Pantaleo

Program Manager - One Computer Lab One School
As the One Computer Lab One School program manager, David works to turn vision into action by expanding digital opportunities for students. He oversees planning, collaborations, and on-ground execution to ensure every supported school moves closer to a fully equipped, future-ready computer lab.

Rogate Maro

Finance Manager
Rogate is our organization’s financial health and sustainability anchor. As the Finance Manager she manages budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible resource use.

Elizabeth Mkindi

Finance and Administration Officer
Elizabeth sits at the heart of both planning and action. She supports day-to-day financial and administrative operations. Handles financial records, procurement processes, logistics coordination, and office administration to keep the organization running efficiently. She enjoy turning systems and numbers into real support for our colleagues in the field.

Monica Millinga

Program Manager - MsingiTek
Monica leads the planning, coordination, and effective implementation of the MsingiTek Program in Tabora Region. She manages 25 schools and leads a team of 4 Field Officers, overseeing program operations with a structured, results-oriented approach. Monica ensures targets are achieved through careful planning, close supervision of field teams, and disciplined execution.

Elia Mashaka

Program Manager - MsingiTek
Elia leads the planning, coordination, and effective implementation of the MsingiTek Program in Tabora Region. Magreth is the voice of the organization. She works to strengthen our story and supporter network. She leads the organization’s communication strategy and stakeholder engagement. Manages branding, media, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships to strengthen visibility, collaboration, and community impact.

Digital Skills Program Facilitator
Faith is dedicated and passionate about empowering learners through hands-on training and mentorship in digital literacy and technology. She inspires and equips them to build practical skills that boost their education, career readiness, and capacity for innovation, turning learning into real-world impact.

Partnership Liason Officer
As a Partnership Liason Officer, Chuqui has been building and managing TEDI's relationship with external stakeholders in China. She has been on top of her goal to create, strengthen and maintain strategic collaborations that help TEDI achieve its objectives.

With over 12 years in corporate and institutional banking, Mbwaike excels in investment analysis and financing, providing strategic insights to support innovative funding solutions for our projects.
